A Long Week and a Scattered Brain.

It's been a very long week. I'm kind of glad it's over. However I gained a few new followers this week, and that I am extremely excited about! Hello all my new friends! 

But on the other side, my best friend moved in this weekend after she turned 18 Thursday. It's off to a shaky start. I won't include details, but I'm not sure how this sharing my space is gonna go. If all else fails though we only have 7 months till the wedding!  

In one of the giveaways I won last week, I won an ad space from one the blogs I follow! Just this week though she launched a new blog and store, and between all the craziness she switched the ad space out for a $10 shop credit to her store! That was fine by me!

I have been on a MAJOR Say Yes to the Dress kick this week since we got Netflix again! I don't know why, I just love that show. Another good series I came across was The Colony! It's such a crazy show, I don't even think I could explain it properly! If you have Netflix go check it out and leave me a comment with your thoughts, or e-mail me!

Another awesome thing I have going on is the 'Share Your Style' Swap party I joined in on. It's hosted by Vintage Wanna Bee & Agape Love Design!

I got partnered with the coolest chick! Her name's Lauren and we are so a like it's crazy, and come next May 16th we'll both have the same wedding anniversaries! I couldn't believe some of the stuff we have in common! Please go check her blog/shop The Knotty Boutique Company  it's the bomb!!

My life as of Lately.

 Before the Haunted Hay Ride Friday!

Hey, horrible picture of Matt, we're in the house so we can't even blame the sun...

I've had a quite enjoyable weekend! I hope the same for all of you! On Friday me and Matt went on a haunted hay ride with his uncle, and his brother, and his girlfriend! It was at Sandy Land Acres in Petersburg, Ky. It wasn't as scary as I thought it would be, which is good cause I'm a wimp! But oh man, the haunted house that we went through was terrifying. I almost peed myself! We went to Orange Leaf for some frozen yogurt afterwards, and then to Ihop. We had the dinner then dessert thing backwards. But oh well! All in all it was a lot of fun! I love Matt's family! I think we might all be going to Fearfest at Kings Island this Friday too, and that IS scary... Oh lawdy. 

Then yesterday we hung out with an old friend that was in town for a long weekend, from college. It was good to see him, and laugh. We pretty much sat on the back porch but it was fun!

Then today we had the annual church picnic that was fun. Always good food! I mean we're Southern Baptists, so of course! Afterwards we met one of our favorite couples at the "Cheapies", our local 'Dollar Saver Cinemas' to see Ted. It was funny, could be very offensive... but it was ok. I definitely wouldn't buy it, maybe a $1.00 rent from RedBox in the future though. 

But, I'm off I think I'm gonna do a whole wedding post tomorrow just for you guys! Yay!

Exactly how I wanted it. My madre got one too. Only hers says mom. Mine says Mam.

I love it. I'm so excited too. It didn't really hurt, and it was only $20! I already want more!

Day 1 - A picture of yourself with fifteen facts. ~ 

1. I'm almost 17, and I seriously can't wait. Its an odd number but it'll be less than one year till I get hitched! (And maybe people will stop looking at me like I'm crazy when I tell them I'm engaged.)

2. I love animals. Puppies, rats, hedgies, turtles, everything! 

3. Family is so important to me. My momma is amazing! My siblings... God love em. They'll get calmer...right? My Uncle and his familia. And my Tappaw. Love. Love. Love. And now I have a whole second family that I adore just as much. Matt's family is wonderful.

4. I'm graduating a year earlier than I should, homeschooling rocks!

5. I want to pursue a career in some sort of counseling. Love helping people! It's one of those gifts from God. (:

6. My hair is my biggest thing. Some girls have shoes, some clothes, purses, or make-up. Mine is my hair. My entire day is messed up if it doesn't look right.

7. Addicted to Pinterest. Need I say more?

8. Not to fond of children. I'm good with them, but they are seriously not my cup of tea. So no babies for me and Matt. And he's fine with it too.

9. Everyone says I'm a Hippie, it's my style, my personality. And some days I get so caught up in trying to look hippie-ish, I forget that Hippies didn't really care how they looked. After that picking out clothes is a lot easier.

10. I'm sort of addicted to Storage Wars. And the Next Great Baker. And NY Ink. And sometimes Cake Boss. T.V. Junkie...

11. I love Snow Drops and Sour Path Kids Watermelons. 

12. I'm a hugggge people pleaser. 

13. I love French tip nails. They're so classy. 

14. I also procrastinate horribly. 

15. I have not so secret addictions to Alice in Wonderland and Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Both old and new. (Both new ones coincidentally have Mr. Johnny Depp in them too. And what druggy movie doesn't need a piece of eye candy like him??)

This makes me laugh. And so does the next one. 

There are just some pictures you shouldn't publicly show. This may be one of them, but I can't help but laugh every time I see this. I think everyone could use a good laugh. Although please ignore that double chin I got goin' on.
