Today marks 5 months from when me and my now fiance decided to become official. Its not really a big anniversary but we did go out to eat, at Cheddars. Yummy! I ate like a pig, shrimp, steak, french fries, onion rings, and of course the bracolli casserole that's to die for! And we called Kohls after we ate to ask about my engagement ring... and it came in!! So exciting! We took it the day after he proposed to get it fitted, (it was an 8, my finger is a 5), and then had to wait a whole 3 weeks to get it back! But now it is right where it should be and I can't stop staring at it! A perfect reminder of the fact I am lucky enough to marry the perfect man. (:
And in honor of our 5 months, five reasons I love him:
1. He prays with me- big thing for me! And I love that he takes the intiative to do it.
2. He kisses my hand, twirls me around dancing, and occasionally calls me love. Fairytale.
3. He makes me laugh. Always makes me laugh.
4. He texts me when my favorite shows are on to let me know. And if I'm with him he'll let me watch them, even if its an episode I've seen 5 times.
And last but not least...
5. He NEVER misses a goodmorning or goodnight text. Calls me angel, and tells me he loves me. This is what I think every girl should wake up to, and go to sleep to.
Tomorrow though will be interesting, I have to watch the kids for my momma, and then me and Matthew are going Christmas shopping. For him, not to confuse you, I already did all my shopping. He's shopping I'm just tagging along. Its 3 days till Christmas now? Yep. He's a man.
